Accountability

CIRCLE Indonesia Cooperative is directly managed by an Executive Board and under the supervision of a Supervisory Board. Both of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board were elected by the General Assembly.

The Supervisory Board is responsible for overseeing the conduct of CIRCLE Indonesia management practices that reflect the principle of good governance and in line with CIRCLE Indonesia’s basic values of democracy, volunteerism, transparency, cooperation, professionalism, and respect for Human Rights.

Every year CIRCLE Indonesia holds an annual General Assembly. The General Assembly is the highest authority and decision-making body of the Cooperative during which the Board of Executive and the Supervisory Board report their accountability. As a cooperative, CIRCLE Indonesia is also responsible to report to the Yogyakarta Provincial Office of Cooperative and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises through an annual report.

CIRCLE Indonesia is audited financial by an independent firm once a year. To see the auditor’s opinions during 2014 and 2019 see the links below:
