Monitoring and Evaluation Training Can Be Fun With CIRCLE Indonesia

The Participatory Monitoring and Evaluation Training that ran 26 – 28 April 2014 was attended by 15 participants from various backgrounds: Donors, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), government and NGOs.

In this training the participants learned about:

• Change-based Monitoring and Evaluation systems,
• Steps to conduct Monitoring and Evaluation systematically,
• How to design Monitoring and Evaluation,
• Participatory principles in Monitoring and Evaluation, and
• Data analysis
• Reporting.

The training was conducted interactively and participatively. In addition to the theories presented by the facilitators, the participants also did group discussion in working on case studies, sharing experiences and being creative by making creative arts in order to deepen the understanding about topics. This made the participants involved and participated actively in the training process.

This training was the first Monitoring and Evaluation training for 2017, the next training is scheduled to be held around October 2017.
